Tatiana Anderson and Francis Edward, owners and founders of Charcuterie Chateau, have launched their new mobile catering business in Central Florida. The company recently received its license and is already in full operation, with a grand launch scheduled for May 22nd.

Charcuterie Chateau is a catering service featuring mobile charcuterie carts and a frozen mobile bar. The carts are LED-lit and designed with customizable backdrops, making them a fit for weddings and other special events.

The business can accommodate a range of event sizes, from small gatherings of 1–20 people to groups of more than 100. Services are available for client appreciation events, employee appreciation functions, vendors, homeowners’ associations and condominiums.
