C.R. Chicks Expanding to Boynton Beach and Stuart in 2026
The new fast-casual spots will feature rotisserie chicken, pasta, and sandwiches.

BOYNTON BEACH, FL and STUART, FL — C.R. Chicks, the Palm Beach County–born rotisserie chicken concept, is preparing to open two new Florida locations next year in Boynton Beach and Stuart. Partner and Chief Marketing Officer Jonathan Luther told Business Debut the team is targeting late second to early third quarter 2026 for both openings.
The Boynton Beach restaurant will open first at 6677 Boynton Beach Blvd., Boynton Beach, FL 33437, followed shortly by Stuart at 3600 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL 34997.
What to Expect
Each new restaurant will feature roughly 2,200 square feet of space with seating for about 30 to 40 guests. The format will remain fast casual, with counter ordering and dine-in service designed for speed and comfort.
Luther said the menu will continue the brand’s focus on fresh, wood-roasted rotisserie chicken cooked over live oak, paired with handmade sides. Customers can also expect C.R. Chicks’ signature pastas and sandwiches served in a quick-service environment.
Menu and Vision
“Our core is rotisserie chicken and handmade sides — that’s what built this brand,” Luther told Business Debut. “We’re updating the look and adding small touches like refreshed store design and curated music, but we’re staying true to the original concept that people love.”
Fan favorites such as horseradish mashed potatoes, coleslaw, green beans, black beans and rice, and the Smokey pasta — penne tossed with tomato sauce and oak-roasted chicken — will be staples on both menus. Other longtime favorites include the homemade chicken sandwich, pot pie, and meatloaf.
Founded in 1992 by Chris Salen and Rick Davis, C.R. Chicks has grown to become a South Florida mainstay. Luther, along with his father Jon Luther Sr., brother-in-law Dan Bowers, and partners from Blake Investment Group, acquired the company to continue its legacy. “We’re stewards of a great brand,” Luther said. “Our goal is to preserve what makes C.R. Chicks special while positioning it for the next generation.”
Hours
The restaurants will be open daily 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
