Aroma Indian Bar And Grill Bringing Fusion Eats to Auburndale

AUBURNDALE, FL — Aroma Indian Bar And Grill is opening right next to the Auburndale Margaritaville campground at 330 Denton Ave, Auburndale, FL 33823 by the end of July, pending permits and construction.

The concept will be a fusion Indian restaurant with a compact menu that combines popular Indian street food other global flavors, including Mexican and American dishes, particularly for breakfast.

The restaurant sits on private waterfront property near the Margaritaville RV Resort and Cabana Club. The space includes a dock, patio, and lawn.

What to Expect

The dining room will seat at least 120 guests in a space of about 6,000 square feet. The team plans to offer full-service dining with a bar program supported by a full liquor license. The lawn in front of the restaurant will allow private events and weddings for up to about 250 people under a tent.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner service are all planned. Ownership reported that the restaurant will operate all day with food and drinks from the full bar.

Opening Timeline

Ownership reported is targeting the end of July for opening, mentioning July 28 or July 29 in a phone interview with Business Debut. The exact date remains to be announced and depends on final permits and remaining construction.

Hours

Aroma Indian Bar And Grill plans to open seven days a week. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be offered with all-day hours still to be announced.
