Alta Brasa Tacos Coming to Lawrenceville

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — Alta Brasa Tacos is preparing to open at 102 Stanley Ct Suite A & B, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, bringing a Brazilian and Mexican taco fusion concept to Gwinnett County. Co-owner Marlene Servin told Business Debut the restaurant is targeting an early next month opening.

The concept will focus on tacos made with prime meats prepared with Brazilian influence while maintaining a simple, focused menu.

What to Expect

Alta Brasa Tacos will operate as a full-service restaurant with approximately 80 seats. The concept centers around a streamlined taco menu paired with a full-service bar offering cocktails, beer, and liquor.

Servin said the goal is to keep the menu focused while highlighting premium ingredients and a unique preparation style.

Menu and Vision

The menu will focus primarily on tacos made with prime cuts of meat prepared with Brazilian influence and Mexican taco traditions. Servin said the concept blends the two styles while keeping the menu intentionally simple.

“It’s pretty much prime cuts in a taco,” Servin told Business Debut.

In addition to tacos, the restaurant plans to offer appetizers and other side dishes.

Opening Timeline

Servin said the team is targeting an early next month opening as final preparations are completed.

Hours

Alta Brasa Tacos plans to operate seven days a week. The restaurant is expected to close at 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and remain open until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Karaoke is also planned during late-night hours.
