Cast & Crew
Cast & Crew, an upscale seafood restaurant from Robert "Bob" Amick of Concentric Restaurants, is set to open in the Renaissance by Marriott Daytona Beach Oceanfront Hotel (640 N Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32118) on September 26th, Amick reported to Business Debut.
Highlights include a large outdoor bar overlooking the pool and ocean, live music like jazz and complimentary parking for diners. The restaurant is designed to be accessible to non-hotel guests, with a separate entrance making it feel like a freestanding establishment.
Chupa Pops Artisan Paleteria
Chupa Pops Artisan Paleteria is gearing up to open in Ormond Beach (1744 Ocean Shore Blvd in Ormond Beach) by the end of September, according to owner Maria Jimenez.
Specializing in fresh, handmade treats, the shop will offer a variety of delicious options, including fruit cocktails, fruit bowls, popsicles and aqua frescas.
Culver's
A new Culver's is coming to Ormond Beach (655 W Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174) with an estimated December 9th opening, co-franchisee Davis Ferreria told Business Debut.
Known for their ButterBurgers and Fresh Frozen Custard, Culver's continues to expand its presence in Florida.
Hillbilly Heaven Smoke Shack
Hillbilly Heaven Smoke Shack is preparing to bring West Virginia-inspired cuisine to the Daytona area, owner Cinda Chapman told Business Debut.
Operating from a 24-foot trailer, Hillbilly Heaven Smoke Shack will specialize in unique offerings such as "WV Heavenly Hoagies," brat hoagies, smoked meats and more.
D & I Seafood Plus
Owner Darrin Rogers is preparing to launch D & I Seafood Plus, a new food truck venture, in the Daytona Beach area soon.
The mobile eatery will offer a variety of seafood dishes including shrimp, oysters, fried conch fritters, tilapia, whitling and more. The menu will also feature fried chicken, fried pork chops, and grilled shrimp and grits.
