Details: Country bar with mechanical bull, line-dance floor, live DJs, and occasional three-piece bands in a 3,500-sq-ft space.

3) Olive Eats — Sarasota (Mediterranean)

Details: 50 seats, indoor + patio, full-service “casual but beautiful.” Falafel, hummus, baba ghanoush, shawarma, stuffed grape leaves, and grilled kebabs; all from scratch including bread. Considering a Friday lunch buffet; catering available.

4) Okie Poke — Sarasota (Hawaiian Poke)
