Muckeye’s Pizzeria and Guitar Bar
What & Where: Muckeye’s Pizzeria and Guitar Bar is nearing completion in New Port Richey at 5308 Lemon St, New Port Richey, FL 34652.
Overall Concept: The new spot from Mark George and his son Stephen will combine a Northeastern-style pizzeria with a small Nashville-inspired songwriter venue, and the team is aiming for a late January 2026 opening, George told Business Debut.
The Food: Inside, the main dining room will serve Old Forge–style pizzas, a regional specialty from the coal regions of northeastern Pennsylvania, along with gourmet pies, Texas Wiener–style hot dogs, and beer and wine. Seating will be flexible, with around 25 seats for regular service and room to reconfigure the space for songwriter “rounds.”
Live Performances: During performances, Muckeye’s will function as a true listening room, with guests encouraged to focus on original music from songwriters and artists who don’t often have a dedicated stage.
Opening: Exact opening date, hours, and music schedule will be announced closer to launch.

What & Where: EggBred, a California-based breakfast and brunch concept, is targeting an opening before the end of 2025 at 16916 Focus Lp #10, Land O' Lakes, FL 34638, owner Diane Hartzel told Business Debut.
Overall Concept: The fast-casual, chef-driven brand will be the 10th unit for EggBred, which first launched in La Habra during the pandemic.
The Food: The restaurant will focus on craft breakfast sandwiches made with fresh-cracked eggs, proprietary protein blends, and breads from local bakeries, alongside items like breakfast burritos, poutines, waffles, and coffee from a California roaster.
The Space: The Land O’ Lakes location will offer indoor seating plus patio tables in the courtyard at The Hub at Bexley.
Opening: Aiming to debut before the end of 2025.
