123 Burger

What to expect: Streamlined menu—burgers, fried chicken, and ice cream—focused on freshness and consistency.

Menu highlights: Fresh beef and chicken, hand-cut fries; concept avoids freezers.

Hours: Daily 9 a.m.–10 p.m. to start (may extend to 11 p.m.–12 a.m.).

The Goat Bar (reopening)

What to expect: Drinks-focused neighborhood bar—beer, wine, and a deep liquor selection; rotating food trucks.
