The Sexton Irish Pub

Now Open

The Sexton Pub & Provisions — Savannah, GA

Address: 9 W 43rd St, Savannah, GA 31401

Status: Now open.

What to expect: Casual Irish pub with indoor bar seating, an upstairs dining room, and a terrace. Craft cocktails, Guinness on draft, and a late-night-friendly vibe.

Menu highlights: Irish street food (spice bag, battered sausages, boxty) plus pub classics like fish & chips and bangers with colcannon.

Hours: Monday - Friday 12 p.m. onwards, Saturday - Sunday 11 a.m. onwards.

Who’s behind it: Co-owners Joshua Sexton and Mike Sexton, bringing 25+ years of bar and beverage leadership experience.

Vicious Biscuit

Status: Coming soon; targeting late Q1 2026.

What to expect: Fast-casual breakfast/brunch with counter ordering, self-serve drinks, and table delivery; roughly 110 indoor seats plus outdoor seating.

Menu highlights: Biscuit-centered lineup with a focus on quick service and efficient operations.

Hours: Planned daily 7 a.m.–3 p.m.

Who’s behind it: Franchisees Tim and Kelly Paslawski (also franchisees with Chicken Salad Chick), aiming to open three area locations over ~three years.

Bull & Barrel Steakhouse

Status: Coming soon; targeting fall 2026 after renovations.

What to expect: Full-service steakhouse with about 175 seats and a bar in a restored 1898 building; dinner nightly and weekend brunch planned.

Menu highlights: Premium steaks and chops, seafood (e.g., blackened grouper with crawfish cream), Savannah red rice, smoked pork belly, white-chocolate bread pudding, and seasonal semifreddo; expanded wine list.

Who’s behind it: Partners Jim Peery, John Adam, and Jason Franklin, expanding from the Statesboro flagship with a scratch-made focus.
