11 South Will Bring Homestyle Breakfast and Lunch to Lakeland
Set to open soon, the Lakeland diner will offer meals, mini donuts, and community events.
A new homestyle diner is coming to Lakeland, Georgia, owner Jennifer McGuire shared with Business Debut. She is launching the business with her husband Bill after a 30-year career in education.
11 South will serve breakfast and lunch, opening at 6:30 am and closing at 2 or 3 pm, Monday through Friday. The breakfast menu will include items like breakfast in a cup (grits, eggs, and bacon or sausage), mini donuts, bagels, pigs in a blanket, and fresh fruit.
Lunch offerings will include hot dogs, beef sliders, BLTs, fries, chips, and a dessert of the day. A toppings bar will be available as well.
The restaurant will open at 11 S Valdosta Rd, Lakeland, GA 31635 soon.
McGuire said the business will have a strong community and family-first focus, with plans to support local sports teams, the school band, and other initiatives. Students who achieve perfect attendance or make the honor roll will receive a free meal as part of an incentive program, McGuire said.
11 South also plans to host evening events such as game nights, trivia, and bingo.
