Ben Hill Pub Targets Mid-February Opening on Campbellton Road in Atlanta

Ben Hill Pub is a neighborhood sports bar from Sandtown Pub owner Fredericka Jones. Expect the same comfort-food menu, a “neighborhood Cheers” vibe, and cocktails renamed to reflect Ben Hill history. The team is aiming for a mid-February debut with lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

Ikara Targets Third-Week-of-February Launch in Atlantic Station

Ikara brings a three-part format—casual bar, fine dining room, and an intimate tasting room—spotlighting lesser-seen regional Indian cuisines. A refined, Indian-influenced cocktail program complements the menu, with lunch and dinner daily and a possible high-tea service.

Hungry AF Plans Openings on MLK Jr Dr (Atlanta) and in McDonough

The Atlanta store near the AUC is in permitting and targets late spring or early summer; McDonough is slated for late summer or early fall. Expect the brand’s broad comfort menu of wings, pastas, hibachi, and Philly cheesesteaks. Planned hours mirror other units: 11 a.m.–11 p.m. weekdays and till midnight on weekends.

Gelatist Plans April Opening in Sandy Springs

An Italian cafe-style setup is coming with classic gelato flavors (pistachio, hazelnut, stracciatella, chocolate), vegan and dairy-free options, plus espresso, waffles, crêpes, pastries, and house-made cakes. Seven-day schedule; hours to be announced.

Cafe in the City Aims for March–Early April in West Midtown

From Gloria and Marvin Smith (Cafe Social House), this 80–100 seat spot brings comfort-food breakfast and brunch into the evening with a full bar and dedicated coffee counter. Anticipated hours run roughly 8/9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Cafe Le Bon Targets Late-January Opening in Roswell

Owner Margo Shaib’s Lebanese coffee concept features indoor and outdoor seating, Turkish coffee, Lebanese-inspired flavors, and sweets like baklava and kunafa. The mission includes creating opportunities for people with special needs, with hours initially into early afternoon and possible beer/wine later.

Savannah operators Thomas Syfan and Tony Seichrist will flip Home Grown into Wyld Bird at night, aiming for week two of February. Think charcoal-kissed bone-in chicken, Miami-inspired rice and beans, plantain-forward sides, cocktails, and a distinct evening vibe. Service is planned Wed–Sun evenings.

In the former Piastra space, Asher & Rose combines a specialty grocer with a cafe and full bar. Expect in-house butcher and bakery, prepared foods for grab-and-go and freezer cases, local produce and meats, and gluten-free breads, pastas, and crusts carried over from Piastra. Hours are daily 7 a.m.–9 p.m.; breakfast runs 7–10:30 a.m.

Small’s Sliders Targets Early-March Debut in Marietta

The bright-orange “can” is already on site near Windy Hill and Cobb Parkway. The menu focuses on cheeseburger sliders, shakes, and seasoned waffle fries, with hiring underway for about 50 staff. A local “Smallstown Hero” will be recognized at opening.

Wings & Seafood 102 Plans Early-Spring Opening in Grayson

Owner Kevin Tran is targeting March for this fast-casual spot with limited dine-in and strong takeout. Look for wings alongside a wide seafood lineup—crawfish, snow crab, blue crab, oysters, mussels—plus po’ boys, burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, and chicken and fish sandwiches.
