Modern Indian fine dining with two dining halls, a private room, patio, and a full bar. North and South Indian staples plus ~15 chef signatures from a veteran kitchen team. Hours: Lunch 11:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.; Dinner 5–10 p.m.

Barking Dog — Raleigh (North Hills)

NYC-born, dog-friendly diner–pub with a full bar and patio. About 80–96 seats inside and ~40 outside. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner daily planned.

Café Tiramisu — Raleigh

Longtime Northern Italian favorite returning to Northridge with a larger dining room and 16-seat bar. Classic menu with spinach fettuccine, a deep wine list, and the namesake tiramisu.

Lil Hombre — Wake Forest

Opening: November 1.

Live-fire tacos in three “Hombre styles” with your choice of protein. Frozen drinks and Mexican beers round it out. Hours: TBA.

Saigon Kitchen — Raleigh

Full-service Vietnamese with a bar. Menu centers on traditional staples like pho and spring rolls. ~78 seats planned.

Pho Kitchen — Morrisville

Sister concept to Saigon Kitchen with a similar full-service Vietnamese menu and bar. Matching focus on staples and cocktails in a sit-down setting.

Lime & Lemon Restaurant & Lounge — Apex

Address: 2025 Creekside Landing Dr, Apex, NC 27502.
Opening: ~Two weeks.

Premium Indian restaurant plus a separate late-night lounge with its own entrance. 7,000+ sq. ft., 35-foot bar, DJ lighting, and 200+ capacity. Lounge cocktails and late-night small plates planned.

123 Burger — Raleigh

Streamlined menu of burgers, fried chicken, and ice cream. Fresh product with hand-cut fries and no freezer.

Levant Bistro — Raleigh (North)

Address: 7400 Six Forks Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615.
Opening: Spring 2026.

Full-service restaurant with a full bar, espresso program, and an in-house bakery for desserts and custom cakes. 100% gluten-free and soy-free kitchen using organic ingredients.

Momo House — Raleigh

Opening: Rebrand in 2026 (operating as Cha House until then).

Breakfast/coffee 6–11 a.m., then casual Indian and Nepali dishes later in the day. Brief closure next year for a hood upgrade, then full rebrand.
