More new restaurants are coming to Miami and Orlando.

DADE COUNTY
Yoyoso Wynwood
The world-wide brand Yoyoso is debuting in Wynwood soon, according to coordinator and father of the owner Marco Revah. Owned by Jeremy Revah, their team is sole licensee of Yoyoso in the United States of America, Revah reported, and they have three other Yoyoso units across the country.
This location will be different from the rest, Revah told FFBW, because it will feature a cafe and a menu with approximately 15 items on it. This is the first of 1,200 stores world-wide that will offer a cafe within it's massive retail space. This will allow shoppers to refuel with coffee or tea before they peruse the rest of the extensive store.

Palma
A new concept is coming to Miami, according to a plan review filing with the DBPR. Palma is owned by Juan Liscano of EATPALMA, LLC, per the Division of Corporations. When this new restaurant will open is unknown.

Tasty Ramen
A new ramen shop is under development in Cutler Bay, according to a filing with the DBPR. Tasty Ramen is owned by Jian Wu and Tony Lee of Tasty Ramen, INC. When this new restaurant will open is unknown.

BROWARD COUNTY
Casa Playa
A new full-service restaurant is making way toward opening in Fort Lauderdale, according to VP Juan Rodriguez. Casa Playa will have indoor / outdoor dining and bar space. Rodriguez told FFBW that he is reluctant to put an opening date on the project at this stage, but the website states fall 2023. Be sure to check out the renderings on the site as well.

Deck Cafe
The owners of Legends Tavern and Grille are bringing Parkland a new concept called "Deck Cafe" in a filing with the DBPR. The address, 7200 Knight St, Parkland, FL 33067, is associated with a Facebook page for a community development called The Falls at Parkland Lifestyle.
When the Deck Cafe is planned to open is unknown. Jess Louis of Legends Clubhouse Cafe, INC is the president of the business, according to the Division of Corporations.
In Coffee We Trust
A Hallandale Beach-based brand is expanding to another location soon, according to co-owner Vanessa Escobar. The new In Coffee We Trust unit doesn't have an opening date, Escobar shared with FFBW.

Cara Pilada Brewery
According to co-owner Flavia Abarca, a new brewery is under construction in Hallandale Beach. Cara Pilada Brewery is owned by Adrian and Hernan Oriolo and Flavia Abarca of Cara Pilada Beer, LLC. Abarca shared that they do not have an opening date since they are still under construction.

Juici Patties
A Jamaican brand is gearing up to debut in the United States, according to franchisee Jamikeel Douglas. Juici Patties serves Jamaican fast food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The brand is concentrated in Jamaica and is now venturing into the United States.

Un Attimo Coffee
Plantation Walk is welcoming a new coffee concept soon, according to owner Nadia Piris. Un Attimo Coffee is under construction now, Piris reported, and they are hoping to open in a month or so.

BREVARD COUNTY
Rush Bowls
The Rush Bowls brand is preparing to debut in Rockledge soon, according to a plan review filing with the DBPR. Rush Bowls is a Colorado-based brand with two locations currently. When this Florida debut will open is unknown. It is owned by Sean Dennin.

ORANGE COUNTY
Axvengers
An axe throwing concept is planning to open in Orlando later this summer reported owner Gellert Szaloki. Axvengers will feature axe throwing booths that patrons can rent for an hour at a time, Szaloki said. They will have couches for relaxing and eating small finger foods as well. Szaloki reported that after you throw, you can find a table to sit, eat and drink with your friends.

Mamajuana Lounge and Bar
A new Caribbean joint is coming to Edgewood soon, according to a plan review filing with the DBPR. It is owned by Julissa Aybar and Shane Davis, according to the Division of Corporations. When this restaurant will open is unknown.

3Natives
The Florida brand known for affordable açaí bowls, cold pressed juices, wraps, salads, and more is planning to open a new location in Windermere, according to a plan review filing with the DBPR.
When this location will open is unknown. The brand's website lists several new restaurants that are coming soon, but this unit is not included.

SEMINOLE COUNTY
Marco's Pizza
A new Marco's Pizza location is coming to Sanford, according to co-franchisee Christopher Boesch. Sanford will probably be able to enjoy the new pizza spot sometime in Q4 of this year, Boesch reports.

OMG Coffee Excellence
A Central Florida brand is expanding to a new location soon, according to CEO Philip Brown. OMG Coffee Excellence currently has one other location in Tavares. Brown told FFBW that he doesn't have an opening date that he wants to publicize yet.

Taza Halal Gyros
According to owner Abdel Abusalem, Taza Halal Gyros is gearing up to open very soon in Kissimmee. Abusalem told FFBW that he is targeting June 15.

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY
Naz's Halal
A New York-born Halal brand is preparing to debut in Florida soon, according to owner Ali Hussan. This unit of Naz's doesn't have an opening date yet, Hussan reported.
This is the brand's first move into Florida, and they will assess how this location does with the possibility of continued expansion. Check their website to see more specific info about their offerings and franchising.
