ETA: Early November (aiming for the first Saturday, pending health approvals)
What to expect: Family-friendly, full-service vibe with TVs, dine-in, carryout, and delivery. Tight, classic menu—pizza, wings, salads, appetizers; chicken fingers and fries. Beer and wine at launch; liquor possible after New Year.
Planned hours: 10:30 a.m.–10 p.m.

Ahmad Prin & Ken’s Kitchen — Decatur
Status: Operating remotely/pop-up while securing a permanent space; brick-and-mortar targeted for early 2026.
What to expect: From-scratch soul food—baked mac, mashed potatoes, candied yams, greens, cornbread, chicken & dressing. Community meal donations are part of the mission.
Planned hours (future): Daily 10 a.m.–10 p.m., with extended weekends.

The Rib Shack Food Truck — Albany
Primary location: 3213 Gillionville Rd., Albany, GA 31721
ETA: Next week from the report date; will rotate to local businesses and events.
What to expect: All-scratch barbecue—smoked ribs, brisket, chicken—plus a Cuban sandwich and a brisket grilled cheese that’s a fair favorite. Takeout only per local rules.
Hours: Tues–Sun for lunch and dinner; closed Mon. May vary with events.

Chilo’s Taqueria — Fayetteville

ETA: Within the next month and a half (pending permits/inspections).
What to expect: Full-service (~80 seats). Street-style tacos (steak, pastor, birria), burritos, tortas, flautas, plus vegan options like Beyond Meat tacos.

The Pinecone Pantry — Grayson
Address: The Railyard, 412 Grayson Pkwy, Grayson, GA 30017
ETA: Soft opening early November; grand opening late November.
What to expect: Fast-casual café + boutique. Boar’s Head sandwiches and paninis, chicken salad, boba tea. Retail section with décor, candles, books, gifts. Indoor tables and a covered patio.
Planned hours: Mon–Fri 10 a.m.–6 p.m.; Sat 10 a.m.–8 p.m.; Sun closed.

Turkuaz Mediterranean — Suwanee (Just Opened)

Opened: Soft opened October 20
What to expect: 50-seat, family-run Turkish spot—lamb/chicken kebabs, gyros, falafel, pide & lahmacun, fresh-baked lavash, Turkish coffee, and house-made desserts.
