Wellness Bar and Apothecary Medicine Bar Opening Soon in Daytona Beach
The new yoga and wellness concept rooted in ancient medicine is opening soon.
DAYTONA BEACH, FL — Owner Christy Lufkin Hall told Business Debut that Medicine Bar, located at 115 Myrtle Lane, Daytona Beach, FL 32114, is preparing to open its wellness bar and apothecary within the next six weeks.
The yoga studio portion of the business is already open, with daily classes available.
What to Expect
Medicine Bar will offer a full wellness bar, lounge, yoga studio, and apothecary—all under one roof. The bar will specialize in holistic, plant-powered beverages including elixirs, adaptogenic teas, botanical sodas, and organic wines and craft beers sourced from small, local breweries.
“Every drink on this menu does something good for your body,” Hall told Business Debut. “It’s all holistic—it supports your system and helps you live a more balanced lifestyle.”
The space includes more than 50 seats with couches, chairs, and cozy group settings. “People say it looks like someone’s living room from another country,” Hall said. “I wanted to create a place that feels like you’re coming home to yourself.”
Menu and Vision
The food menu includes three Ayurvedic-inspired charcuterie boards, relating to ancient Hindu medicines.
Organic wines and local craft beers will be available, along with kombucha on tap and medicinal teas. “Whatever we serve, even if it’s alcohol, it can still be medicine,” she said.

The Apothecary
The apothecary will open alongside the wellness bar, offering herbs, teas, tinctures, and handmade wellness goods such as toothpaste and shampoo.
Hall said everything used in the drinks will also be available for purchase.
“We’ll have all of our plant medicines in-house, so guests can take home the same things that we use behind the bar.”
Ownership and Background
Hall has taught yoga and led women’s empowerment workshops for more than 15 years. She studied Ayurvedic medicine beginning at age 25 and continues to travel internationally to collect and study plant-based remedies. Her husband, Victor Hall, built out the entire space and created much of the furniture and décor.
Hall collaborated on the concept and menu with Jennifer DeJesus, who also helped design the brand’s website.
Opening Timeline
The wellness bar and apothecary are expected to open within six weeks, pending final permitting.
Hours
The bar will operate Tuesday through Saturday, 11 a.m.–11 p.m., and will be closed Sunday and Monday. The yoga studio remains open daily.
