Vue 232' Bar and Grill Opening in Del Webb Minneola
Vue 232' Bar and Grill will debut this spring inside Del Webb Minneola’s community clubhouse.
MINNEOLA, FL — Vue 232' Bar and Grill, the clubhouse restaurant planned for the Del Webb Minneola 55+ community at 1411 Sunset Crst Wy, Minneola, FL 34715, is preparing to debut this spring.
Jordan Silver, CEO of Hospitality Capital Management, told Business Debut he is working with Triad Association Management to build and structure the community’s full food and beverage program from the ground up.
What to Expect
The clubhouse concept includes an indoor-outdoor bar that connects the main dining areas with the resort-style pool. Silver told Business Debut the restaurant will seat about 150 guests and will also feature a separate lounge space with pool tables and soft seating. Poolside service is planned, with patio and outdoor bar seating available to residents.
The property will also include a terrace for private events and an upstairs ballroom that can accommodate large gatherings, with capacity estimated at up to 200 guests.
Silver told Business Debut the team plans to survey members to help shape the restaurant’s identity and offerings: “We want to hear what the members want, what they’re looking for for this community.”

Menu and Vision
Silver described the restaurant as an upscale casual concept designed to serve both everyday dining and special events. In addition to regular service, the food and beverage program is expected to include wine dinners, tastings and other programming hosted in the restaurant, by the pool or in the ballroom.
Hospitality Capital Management’s Role
Silver’s firm, Hospitality Capital Management, is leading the consulting and operational buildout for the property’s food and beverage division.
He told Business Debut the goal is to establish a standardized structure that Triad Association Management can implement across future properties. That includes developing training systems, recipe standards, service procedures, labor and revenue tracking templates, inventory systems and reporting tools.
Hospitality Capital Management also provides on-site amenity and food and beverage management for HOA and resort-style communities. Silver currently oversees operations at Solana Resort in Davenport and has managed clubhouse and hospitality programs at other Central Florida communities.
Opening Timeline
Silver told Business Debut the clubhouse is targeting a mid-April opening, with the restaurant expected to follow in mid-May. Beverage service is planned for the clubhouse opening while final kitchen and staffing elements are completed.
