NAPLES, FL – Violí is set to open this fall at Mercato in North Naples at 9110 Strada Pl #6145, Naples, FL 34108. The full-service Greek restaurant will operate seven days a week for lunch and dinner, according to David Rekhson, Co-Founder of DineAmic Hospitality, who spoke with Business Debut.

Known for its taverna-style atmosphere and menu inspired by coastal Greece, Violí will feature the same offerings as its Chicago counterpart, but with more seafood and locally sourced Gulf Coast ingredients. Guests can expect a large dining room, vibrant bar, and a lush outdoor patio with seating for 50. Indoors, the 6,500-square-foot space will seat 300 guests.

A Taste of Greece in Naples

The menu will be crafted by world-renowned Chef Athinagoras Kostakos, winner of Top Chef Greece and culinary partner at Scorpios Mykonos and Noema. Dishes will include Grilled Lamb Chops, Mediterranean Branzino, Charred Octopus, and House-Made Spanakopitakia, all designed for sharing.

Violí’s beverage program will highlight a robust wine list with Greek selections and a Greek-inspired cocktail menu designed by an in-house mixologist. Signature drinks like the Mykonian Mezz and Hades will be featured, along with daily happy hour specials offering Mediterranean bites in true taverna style.

DineAmic Hospitality’s Expansion

Violí is part of DineAmic Hospitality’s growing portfolio, which includes 15 restaurants in Chicago and two in Florida. With this opening, the group’s footprint will expand to three Florida locations and 18 total nationwide. Other concepts include LÝRA, Siena Tavern, Prime & Provisions, La Serre, and Fioretta.

Rekhson said bringing Violí to Naples was a natural next step for the group. “We wanted to bring a true taste of Greece to Naples while embracing the relaxed, inviting atmosphere of a traditional taverna,” he said.

Hours and Opening Plans

Violí will be open for both lunch and dinner service seven days a week. The restaurant will also offer private dining options, group celebrations, and special events, embracing the Greek tradition of philoxenia—treating every guest like family.
