TALLAHASSEE, FL – Thành Tâm Sandwiches and Treats is preparing to open soon at 2766 Capital Cir NE, Tallahassee, FL 32308, bringing fresh bread to the area. Owner Kevin Vo confirmed with Business Debut that the final inspection is pending, but the restaurant is expected to launch sometime in October.

Thành Tâm Sandwiches and Treats will bring flavors of Vietnam with a focus on quality and freshness in Tallahassee. The concept offers various traditional Vietnamese dishes alongside house-baked bread, made daily and never frozen. It will offer a mixture of full-service dining options, seating 32 guests, and fast-casual convenience for both quick lunches and dinners.

The restaurant will be open Wednesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. and closed on Monday and Tuesday.

A Menu Built on Freshness

One of the highlights of Thành Tâm’s will be its commitment to freshness. “We make fresh bread every day," Vo emphasized. Guests can look forward to:

  • Traditional Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches on house-baked bread
  • Bun bo Hue (spicy beef noodle soup)
  • Pho (beef noodle soup)
  • Rice plates with grilled pork and grilled beef
  • Handmade seafood egg rolls, spring rolls, and other Vietnamese specialties

From Nail Salons to Restaurants

Vo operates several nail salons in the area and said this will be his first restaurant venture, driven by his love for authentic food. “I love food. I love good food,” Vo explained.
