Vgan Corner Opening in Wynwood with Vegan Deli and Market

The opening of Vgan Corner, opening at 51 NW 28th St #1, Miami, FL 33127, will provide an innovative take on plant-based dining and shopping to Miami's Wynwood district. Under the ownership of Jacobo Garcia and Ada Campos, Vgan Corner will combine a vegan grocery market with a bustling sandwich bar. The business will provide Wynwood residents with a fresh place to get vegan meals and goods.

Officially opening around mid-July, Vgan Corner will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The menu will include vegan sandwiches created with Beyond products, BioLife vegan cheese, and other ingredients, all freshly cooked on chapati flatbread.

At Vgan Corner, guests can select from five specialty sandwiches and five protein shakes. Vgan Corner will also serve vegan tequeños with all plant-based fillings, including guava with cream cheese, vegan cheese, and hazelnut cream for a savory and sweet options.

In addition to the sandwich bar, the market will feature a well-designed retail area with more than 300 vegan grocery items, such as frozen, dry, and chilled goods. Additionally, a variety of vegan wines and beers are available, making it a one-stop shop for picking up specialty things or restocking a plant-based pantry.

Before relocating to Florida two months ago to open Vgan Corner, owner Jacobo Garcia worked as the CFO for a vegan market in Mexico. He brings extensive knowledge to the business. The core of this new Miami company is his love of vegan food and shopping.
