Venice Vibes Restaurant Opening Soon on Tamiami Trail

A new restaurant concept, Venice Vibes, will open soon at 1965 S Tamiami Trl, Venice, FL 34293, in the space that formerly hosted Italian restaurants for the past 40 years.

The owners, Kyle Campbell and Kevin McCormick, told Business Debut that they are remodeling the space currently and are planning to open within the next month and a half or two.

The space will seat 123 diners, 107 indoors and 16 on the outdoor patio and will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. The menu will focus on gastropub comfort food and some Italian classics to retain the long-time Italian roots of the location, ownership said.

Campbell and McCormick bring decades of experience in the hospitality industry to the project. Campbell has spent over 25 years in the business, having served as a general manager and assisting in opening several new restaurants. McCormick has worked in the industry for 15 years and will head up front of house operations. It is the pair's first restaurant opening as owners, they reported.

“We’ve wanted to do this for about ten years,” McCormick said. “Over the last year, we really started looking, and we really like the place we found.”
