Two New Restaurants Coming to Orlando's East End Market
Rion's Ocean Room and Gyukatsu Rose will share a space in the former Skyebird Juice Bar.
Chef Nguyen of Domu Dynasty and is bringing two new restaurant concepts to East End Market in Orlando, according to an article by Bungalower.
Rion's Ocean Room and Gyukatsu Rose will share the space formerly occupied by Skyebird Juice Bar at 3201 Corrine Dr, Orlando, FL 32803, Chef Nguyen shared with Business Debut. The area will be divided to accommodate both concepts.
Rion's Ocean Room is aiming for an October/November 2024 soft opening Nguyen said. It will feature a walk-up seafood counter offering 8-12 varieties of poke prepared daily. The Bungalower's article includes that customers can purchase poke by weight, with the option to enjoy it over rice and add extras like crab salad, uni and wakame salad.
Gyukatsu Rose will specialize in flash-fried breaded beef cutlets served on a hot stone grill with a side of choice, according to Chef Nguyen. This concept will offer seated service for 10 customers on a first-come, first-served basis, and is set to open in early 2025.
While the businesses will have separate counters, they will share a common space. Rion's Ocean Room will operate as a grab-and-go poke concept, while Gyukatsu Rose will operate as a sit-down restaurant. Gyukatsu Rose will serve beer, sake, and wine.
