WINSTON-SALEM, NC — TSUKIMI Ramen + Noodles is targeting an opening in the coming months at 3894 Oxford Station Ln, Winston-Salem, NC 27103
, owner Chong Li told Business Debut. The restaurant is owned by husband and wife team Chong Li and Jessica Zhao.

What to Expect

TSUKIMI Ramen + Noodles will operate as a casual dine-in restaurant with a focus on ramen and noodle dishes spanning multiple Asian cuisines. Guests can expect a mix of traditional ramen alongside dishes inspired by Chinese and Thai cooking.

The restaurant will also offer beverages including sake, with seating planned for approximately 50 to 60 guests inside a roughly 2,400-square-foot space.

Li said the concept is centered on bringing together multiple styles of authentic noodle dishes under one roof. “I am doing all the best Asian noodles… Japanese ramen, Chinese lo mein, and Thai noodles all together,” he told Business Debut.

The menu is expected to include tonkotsu ramen, Taiwanese beef noodle soup, pad Thai, and other regional specialties. Li emphasized a focus on traditional preparation methods, including long-simmered broths.

The team is targeting an opening within the next few months, though timing remains dependent on permitting and buildout progress.
