Trackside Truck Debuting at Tampa Bay Downs December 4th
Racegoers can enjoy quick bites like sliders and fries as Trackside Truck launches at Tampa Bay Downs.
Trackside Truck, a 17-foot box truck, is set to debut at Tampa Bay Downs on Wednesday, December 4th, just in time for the live horse racing season. Allan Rupert, Director of Food and Beverage at Tampa Bay Downs, shared with Business Debut that the truck will serve a menu of sliders, including beef and chicken sliders, Nashville hot chicken, Cuban sliders, fries and more.
Initially, Trackside Truck will operate on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays until the end of the year. Starting next year, it will expand its schedule to include Sundays, running from 11:30 am - 4:30 pm during live racing events.
