What started in St. Pete is expanding into Pinellas Park. Tiki Tim’s Pub and Grill is rolling out its next location—Tiki Tim’s TU—in the coming months, co-owner Shani Eskridge shared with Business Debut.

The new location will open at 9711 66th St N, Pinellas Park, FL 33782 in a 5,500-square-foot space with seating for 150 guests.

Tiki Tim’s TU will be larger than the original, which opened last April. The brand is known for its Philadelphia- and Maryland-inspired cuisine, including Philly cheesesteaks and jumbo lump crab cakes. A standout menu item is their loaded Bloody Mary—garnished with an Italian hoagie slider, shrimp skewer, snow crab cluster, two donuts, salami, and bacon—highlighted by I Love the Burg.

Eskridge confirmed the new location will carry over the original menu, with some additional items still being finalized.

According to I Love the Burg, the space will feature two bars, one of which will serve a private dining room available for event rentals.

Hours will likely be 11 am - 11 pm / midnight on Monday through Friday. On the weekends, they will open at 9 am for the guests who want to start the day with their legendary Bloody Marys.

Tim and Shani Eskridge have partnered with Renee Reese and Sean Killie to open the new location. Together, the team brings extensive experience in the hospitality industry.

Guests can look forward to regular events, including live music, trivia nights, and weekday happy hours, Monday through Friday.

Eskridge, a resident of the Pinellas Park area, noted the local need for a welcoming, energetic hangout like Tiki Tim’s. With growing demand and community support, the expansion felt like a natural next step, she said.

Keep an eye out for Tiki Tim’s TU to open in the first part of August.
