Tiffany’s to Reopen on Pensacola Beach This Spring Break
Guests can enjoy burgers, fries, and bushwhackers when Tiffany’s returns to Pensacola Beach.

PENSACOLA BEACH, FL — Tiffany’s, a longtime fixture on Casino Beach, is set to reopen this spring break at 3 Casino Beach Boardwalk, Pensacola, FL 32561. The new owners, Dustin and Mandy Vaughn, told Business Debut they plan to restore the classic beachside food stand and chair rental spot that locals have known since the 1970s. Business Debut learned of this story first from the Pensacola Journal.
What to Expect
Guests can expect a fast-casual counter-service setup offering classic beach fare such as hamburgers, hot dogs, corn dogs, fries, and icees. The menu will also include frozen drinks like bushwhackers and margaritas. Seating for about 40 to 50 guests will be available outdoors, with additional tables and shaded spots surrounding the building.
Tiffany’s will continue to offer beachfront chair and umbrella rentals, with options for both single and set rentals. The team also plans to stock beach essentials like snorkels, mats, and shovels for visitors who need last-minute supplies.
Menu and Vision
“Our goal is to bring Tiffany’s back just like people remember it,” Dustin Vaughn told Business Debut. “We’ll keep the same fun, simple menu and add a few new things like margaritas and bushwhackers.”
The Vaughns purchased the business directly from Tiffany, the original owner’s daughter, with the goal of continuing the family legacy. “We told her we’d keep the name Tiffany’s because that’s what everyone on Pensacola Beach knows,” Vaughn said.
Ownership and Background
Dustin and Mandy Vaughn are no strangers to business ownership. The couple also operates The Local Deli & Market in Pensacola Beach and a construction company specializing in new builds and remodels. They have been in construction for more than 16 years and opened the deli in 2024.
“We’re entrepreneurs at heart,” Vaughn told Business Debut. “We’ve built a good foundation with our other businesses, and we’re excited to bring Tiffany’s back to life for the community.”
The couple are parents to six children and said they view the revival of Tiffany’s as both a family project and a long-term legacy. “We look forward to our kids being involved and eventually taking it over one day,” he said.
Opening Timeline
The team is targeting a spring break 2026 opening following a full remodel of the building, which has been closed for about two years.
Hours
Tiffany's will be open seven days a week. Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
