BROWARD COUNTY
Sicilian Oven Wood Fired Pizza
The ninth location of Sicilian Oven Wood Fired Pizza is on the way to Cooper City, according to owner Ralph Disalvo. This location is planned to open in mid to late October, Disalvo said, and they are hoping to continue expanding in the South Florida.
Expect the same elevated atmosphere that's offered in the numerous other Sicilian Oven locations, Disalvo said. Find this unit at: 5544 S Flamingo Rd, Cooper City, FL 33330.
Salad Boss
Moving from their original digs in a commercial kitchen, Salad Boss is opening its first stand-alone location. Salad Boss is led by entrepreneur Ronnie Hall. The brand is centered on healthy eating, and Hall told FFBW that they are doing construction now. He hopes to open by the end of September.

PALM BEACH COUNTY
Mister 01 Pizza
Co-franchisee Armando Cohen confirmed with FFBW that a new location of Mister 01 Pizza is in the works for Boca Raton. This location is in the permitting phase Cohen said, and they expect to open by the end of the year or early Q1 of next year.
Additionally, Cohen is in lease negotiations for a unit in Wellington, but there is little information about this location available as of now.

ORANGE COUNTY
Chill'N Nitrogen Ice Cream
Two new locations of Chill'N Nitrogen Ice Cream are under development for the Orlando area, according to co-franchisee Christopher Wirth, Esq. The first of the two dessert shops will appear in Winter Park at: 1100 S Orlando Ave, Maitland, FL 32751. Wirth said that they do not have an opening date set yet, but they are hoping for sometime toward the end of August.
The next unit is planned for the Lake Nona area at: 13887 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando, FL 32832. This location is estimated to open sometime toward the end of the year.
Wirth told FFBW that Chill'N Nitrogen Ice Cream is his first foray into restaurant entrepreneurship. Check the brand's website here.
Axvengers
FFBW followed up with owner Gellert Szaloki, who confirmed that Axvengers is now expected to open in September, a month later than originally planned. The concept, which we initially covered in June, has seen a few delays in its development.

VOLUSIA COUNTY
Teegan's Tropical Ice
The third location of Daytona Beach local brand is in the works, owner Lamont Alexander told FFBW. Teegan's Tropical Ice has two other physical locations and two mobile units.
Alexander told FFBW that he is hoping to open this third location around the end of August or early September. They will serve Italian shaved ice, pizza, and coffee in the mornings. Alexander described it as three-in-one concept because of the different cuisines he will offer. Additionally, they will host after school tutoring programs when they open.

BREVARD COUNTY
The Soup Shop
Owners Julie and Phillip Shipley confirmed with FFBW that they are in the process of open several new locations of their local restaurant The Soup Shop. One of these locations is planned for the Viera at: 7500 Lake Andrew Dr #104, Melbourne, FL 32940. Another will be in West Melbourne at: 145 Palm Bay Rd NE #100, West Melbourne, FL 32904.
The Shipley's said that these units are planned to open soon, around beginning of October. You can visit their current website at thesoupshop.org or thesoupshop.com/contact/ to see their many menu offerings.
Phillip Shipley also said that they are bringing a unit to a nearby student union center when the facility opens on August 6th.
They have been in business for a total of 14 years and are excited to begin expanding.
PINELLAS COUNTY
Medallo Hot Dogs
A new hot dog cart is in the works for the St. Petersburg area, owner Liliana Cloos Vahey told FFBW. Cloos Vahey is waiting on the cart to be built and turned over to her, and an exact opening date is unknown.
