The Pickleball Club of Lakewood Ranch Returning with New Ownership
The pickleball facilities opened June 1st with more amenities to follow.

Previously closed and auctioned off, the Pickleball Club of Lakewood Ranch was purchased by an entirely new ownership team and is planning to reopen with some distinct changes, CEO Matt Lund shared with Business Debut.
The new ownership intends to operate the pickleball club as a semi-private facility, allowing customers to sign up for tiered monthly memberships, purchase guest passes, or simply stop by to enjoy the café, restaurant, and bar.
Expect eight courts, including two championship-sized courts, along with a basketball court, a volleyball court, and a wellness and recovery center featuring hydro massage chairs, red light therapy, and cryo-lounges.
The restaurant and bar will serve pizzas, wings, sandwiches, and other finger foods, along with beer, wine, and liquor. The space is designed to be a relaxing spot to enjoy a light meal or drink.
The business opened the pickleball facilities on June 1 and will waive the one-time initiation fee for members who sign up in June or July, according to Lund.
The restaurant is expected to open a little later—potentially as late as July—while final licensing is secured.
The wellness lounge will open within the first week of June, and the volleyball and basketball courts will debut later this summer.
