The Juice Pod is bringing cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and bowls to Lakewood Ranch, with a strong focus on community engagement, local ownership shared with Business Debut.

Currently in the build-out phase, the business is planning to open in April. The concept centers around cold-pressed juices made fresh in front of customers, along with bottled grab-and-go options. The menu will feature smoothies and bowls with a variety of bases, including coconut, pitaya, oatmeal, matcha, açaí, and seasonal flavors, as well as gourmet toasts. Depending on community demand, the business may expand into wraps and salads.

The owners aim to create an inviting atmosphere for co-working, remote workers, and students while hosting monthly community events. Think of events like a Galentine’s juice tasting, mommy-and-me gatherings, and more. The space will have an airy, light aesthetic with natural wood elements.

The Juice Pod is a small franchise originating in Philadelphia, with this location being the first in Florida. It is locally owned and operated by Tali and Jeremy Williams. Tali became passionate about juicing after experiencing its benefits in reducing inflammation and supporting immunity amid personal health challenges.
