The Hacienda, a new food hall from Sub-Culture Group, is set to open in February if all continues well, co-owner Rodney Mayo shared with Business Debut. Located at 522 Clematis St, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, the expansive venue will feature 15 vendors, including five retail stalls and eight full restaurant stalls, alongside food truck operations on the outdoor patio.

Among the standout food vendors are Poke N' the Rear, which also has a location in Key West, AwShucks Raw Bar, Motor City Chicago Style Pizza, Chotu Indian Street Food, Dacha Russian Cocktail Lounge, 22&Co, and Café Sweets. One of the retail spaces will include a vinyl and vintage bookstore, adding a vintage flair to the venue.

The Hacienda will boast 500 seats spread across the indoor space, rooftop bar, and the outdoor patio. A stage on the patio will host daily events, including DJs, art shows, performances, and more.

The name, The Hacienda, pays homage to the legendary Manchester nightclub opened by Factory Records, which achieved international fame in the 1980s and 1990s.

While the vendors are independently operated, Mayo noted it’s still to be determined whether Sub-Culture Group will run any of the stalls directly. For updates on this exciting new addition to West Palm Beach, visit the Sub-Culture Group website.
