The Breakfast Company, co-owned by Dimitri Syros and his mother, Terri Syros-King, is set to open its seventh and eighth locations by mid-May 2026, bringing their popular breakfast and lunch offerings to new audiences. The Palmetto restaurant will be situated in Gateway Commons at 9564 Buffalo Rd, Palmetto, FL 34221, while the Venice location can be found at 2996 Executive Dr, Venice, FL 34292. What to Expect
The Breakfast Company is known for its full-service breakfast and lunch experience, complemented by a bakery and coffee program. Guests will enjoy the combination of American and Mediterranean flavors, with offerings like cinnamon rolls, muffins, gyropita sandwiches, and Greek salads. The Palmetto outlet will feature an expanded grab-and-go section, akin to Panera, while still providing a sit-down service for about 130 guests, making it their largest location yet.

This family-focused business, which began five years ago, continues to thrive under the leadership of Dimitri Syros and family. Partner David Angeles, with experience managing an existing location, will join the ownership of the new Palmetto store.
