Tacos De Juarez Opening a Brick and Mortar Restaurant in Dalton on July 1

Local Dalton food truck Tacos De Juarez is planning to open a brick and mortar restaurant, owner Rose Valenzuela shared with Business Debut. The new location is set to debut at 116 W King St, Dalton, GA 30720, where De Lo Mio is currently located.

Valenzuela plans to seamlessly take over the De Lo Mio space and anticipates opening on July 1st.

Tacos De Juarez will operate as a full-service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast offerings will include items like breakfast burritos, eggs and pork chops, potatoes, sausage and eggs, and more. Lunch and dinner will feature fajitas, tacos, tortas, quesadillas, burritos, carne asada, salad bowls, green enchiladas, and more.

Valenzuela has operated the Tacos De Juarez food truck in the area for the past year. She shared that one of the main challenges was consistently finding a reliable spot to park and serve customers. Now, with a permanent location, she plans to move operations fully out of the truck.
