MIAMI GARDENS, FL – The Peach Cobbler Factory is set to open its newest location at 20735 NW 2nd Ave, Miami Gardens, FL 33169. Franchise owner Richard Villamar told Business Debut the grand opening is expected as early as Monday, August 25th, bringing the brand’s signature cobblers and more to the community.
A Dessert Destination with a Southern Twist
Villamar believes this location will meet a unique demand for indulgent, high-quality desserts in the area. He emphasized the shop’s appeal, saying, “We plan to offer a very delicious dessert in an area that needs one. I don't see any other brand in the area that does this particular type of product. So I think we're well-positioned with this neighborhood.”
The Miami Gardens location aims to become a go-to dessert stop for locals and visitors with cozy dine-in options, extended delivery hours, and a menu of comfort sweets. It will be a fast-casual setup with 11 seats for dine-in guests, along with delivery service via DoorDash, Uber Eats, and other major food delivery platforms. Peach Cobbler Factory's menu offers beloved Southern staples such as Cobblers, Banana Pudding, Cinnamon Rolls & more.
An Experienced Operator
This isn’t Villamar’s first time opening a Peach Cobbler Factory. He also owns the Pembroke Pines location, which has been serving customers for over a year. Before joining the franchise, Villamar built a career in the quick-service restaurant industry and franchising, making him well-prepared to expand the brand in South Florida.
The Miami Gardens shop won’t be his last; Villamar hinted at one or possibly two more locations in the works for the region.
Operating Hours
Operating seven days a week, the store will open at 12 p.m. and close at 10 p.m., with delivery continuing until midnight.
