The Puerto Rican potato-focused restaurant Super Potatoes is opening a second location, co-owner Areny Ortiz Valle shared with Business Debut.

The specialty baked-potato restaurant is coming to Orlando via their original location, which opened in Tampa two and a half years ago. They plan to debut at 4722 E Michigan St, Orlando, FL 32812 next month, Ortiz Valle said.

The menu and fast-casual layout will mirror their Tampa unit. Expect classic baked potatoes, broccoli baked potatoes, bacon chicken ranch potatoes, and Puerto Rican-inspired specialties like the La Tripleta Baked Potato. They’ll also offer desserts such as quesitos, tornillos, flan and more.

The restaurant is nearing completion and is expected to open sometime in July. Ortiz Valle co-owns the business with her husband, Miguel Salas Rodriguez, who has a background as a baker.
