Super Potatoes Bringing Baked Potato Specialties to Orlando Soon
Expected to open in July, Super Potatoes will bring their loaded spuds to Orlando.

The Puerto Rican restaurant specializing in baked potatoes, Super Potatoes, is preparing to open its second location, co-owner Areny Ortiz Valle shared with Business Debut.
This fast-casual concept, which first opened in Riverview, near Tampa, two and a half years ago, is now expanding to Orlando. The new location is set to open next month at 4722 E Michigan St, Orlando, FL 32812, according to Ortiz Valle.
The menu and layout will follow the model of the Riverview location, offering baked potatoes and sweet yams filled with Puerto Rican flavors, such as the popular Tripleta Baked Potato. They’ll also offer traditional desserts like quesitos, tornillos, flan, and more.
The Orlando location is in its final stages of preparation and is expected to open sometime in July. Ortiz Valle co-owns the business with her husband, Miguel Salas Rodríguez, who was previously the co-owner of a bakery.
“We’re excited to bring the flavor of Puerto Rico to a new part of Florida,” said Ortiz Valle. “Super Potatoes is more than just food. It’s a warm, nostalgic experience for many of our customers.”
