Sunny Seoul Korean Kitchen Launching Food Truck and Restaurant in Bradenton

Sunny Seoul Korean Kitchen, co-owned by Katherine Kim, her sister Mary Pierson, and their childhood friend Woomee Yu, is launching a new food trailer in front of their upcoming brick-and-mortar restaurant, Kim reported to Business Debut.

Facing delays on their restaurant, the Sunny Seoul Korean Kitchen team is opening their food trailer in the restaurant's parking lot at 9750 FL-64, Bradenton, FL 34212. The trailer will offer a limited menu of authentic Korean dishes.

Katherine Kim shared that the menu will feature elevated fast-casual Korean cuisine, made from scratch. Expect offerings like dumplings, rice bowls, Korean fried chicken and bento boxes, with more to come when the full restaurant opens. The sisters, who immigrated to the U.S. from Korea as children, are excited to bring their culinary traditions to Bradenton.
