A new restaurant and live entertainment concept is opening in Bonita Springs soon, Greg Hood, the General Manager of Sugarshack Downtown Bonita Springs, told FFBW.

Brickyard Hollow, a Maine-based restaurant brand, is venturing to southwest Florida in partnership with the Sugarshack Music Channel to bring an ambitious new food, beverage and live performance experience to Bonita Springs.

Sugarshack Music Channel has made a name for itself by hosting their Sugarshack Sessions, in which guests get together for a live performance that is professionally recorded in audio and video. Previous musicians that performed for the Sugarshack Sessions are: Little Stranger, The Expendables, Trash Panda, Claire Wright and others. Listen to the performances on Youtube.

According to Hood, Sugarshack Downtown Bonita Springs is a blend of food, beverage and live music. The concept is connecting the culinary expertise of Brickyard Hollow and the performance and event management of Sugarshack Music Channel. In additional to delicious food, the venue will feature a large stage and performance area.

The Brickyard Hollow brand will be heading up the food and beverage program of the experience. Guests will chose from a menu of elevated pub fare, a wide selection of high quality New York style pizza and many other classic American menu staples. The beverage program will include craft brews and a full bar.
