Sublime Subs & More Launching in Palm Beach County
Philly cheesesteaks, hot dogs, and other Jersey favorites are coming to Palm Beach County in November.
WEST PALM BEACH, FL — Sublime Subs & More Food Trailer is preparing to roll out in early November, bringing a lineup of hot and cold subs, salads, and family favorites to events and communities throughout Palm Beach County. Owner Frank Monteforte told Business Debut they will serve HOA gatherings, private events, and local festivals across the region, with occasional trips north into Martin County and south into Broward.
What to Expect
The menu will draw inspiration from classic Northeastern United States delis, offering a range of hot and cold subs made with quality meats and fresh ingredients. Selections will include ham and cheese, turkey and cheese, roast beef, and club subs, along with homemade French dip sandwiches and Philly cheesesteaks. The trailer will also serve chicken tenders, hot dogs, antipasto, and chopped salads. “The man you’re listening to is the man that’s cooking, prepping, shopping, and serving,” Monteforte told Business Debut. “We just want to give people fresh, honest, wholesome food.”
Menu and Vision
Monteforte, who grew up on the Jersey Shore and spent his teenage years working in local delis, said the concept reflects his passion for food and commitment to quality. “We know good bread and good meats up north, so I tried to bring that down here,” he told Business Debut. “It’s about keeping it simple and doing it right.” The business is a family effort, with Monteforte’s wife managing marketing and his 16-year-old son set to help with operations.

Sublime Subs & More is targeting a November 1st launch to coincide with South Florida’s busy season.
Hours
Service will vary based on event schedules, with operations expected seven days a week through a mix of catering, neighborhood stops, and private functions.
