Stoner’s Pizza set to Open in Roswell

ROSWELL, GA — Franchise owner Kolt Kittredge told Business Debut that Stoner’s Pizza will open soon at 580 E Crossville Rd Ste 340, Roswell, GA 30075. The store is currently under construction and targeting an early 2026 opening following permit approval and build-out completion.

What to Expect

The Roswell location will follow the brand’s takeout-and-delivery model, offering counter service only. Customers will be able to order directly or through major delivery platforms such as Grubhub and Uber Eats.

Menu and Vision

Kittredge said he and his fiancée first discovered the brand while dining in downtown Atlanta and were immediately drawn to its distinct flavors.

“We kind of fell in love with their pizza,” he told Business Debut. “It has a different taste—it definitely stands out above a lot of other pizzas.”

Stoner’s Pizza is known for its smoked wings—unlike most delivery chains, the wings are never fried.

Menu highlights also include classic pepperoni and cheese pizzas, wedges, and hoagies.

Kittredge, who spent 15 years in the oil field after previously working as a training manager in the restaurant industry, said he’s excited to return to hospitality. “It’s just fun getting back into the service side of things again,” he said.

Future Plans

This is Kittredge’s first restaurant venture, though he plans to expand in the future. “The plan is to get this one up and running properly and then maybe open one in Alpharetta or Cumming next year,” he said. His fiancée, Lindsey Kelly, will help manage operations once the restaurant opens.

Opening Timeline

The restaurant is targeting an early 2025 opening, pending completion of permits and construction.

Hours

Operating hours are planned for 10 a.m.–10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 10 a.m.–11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
