SMYRNA, GA — StillFire Brewing has soft opened its newest brewery at 2725 King St SE, Smyrna, GA 30080. CEO Aaron Bisges told Business Debut the team conducted a soft opening over the weekend and is preparing for the official grand opening on March 13th.

The new location expands the Georgia brewery’s footprint beyond its original Suwanee taproom, bringing a significantly larger facility and rooftop gathering space to downtown Smyrna.

What to Expect

StillFire’s Smyrna location sits adjacent to a new park and amphitheater developed by the city, which Bisges said has already been drawing visitors to the brewery’s rooftop.

The second-floor rooftop overlooks the park and stage area and includes seating, umbrellas, fire pits, and a full-service bar. Large screens will also be available for guests watching sporting events.

Bisges said the rooftop will likely become a major draw, especially during good weather. The brewery is designed as a community-focused gathering space welcoming families, dogs, and guests of all ages.

“We really focus on the environment side of things, customer friendly. It's just like a really good neighborhood hangout place for all walks,” Bisges told Business Debut.

The Smyrna brewery will feature 24 beers on tap along with wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options including house-made root beer and coffee sourced from Rev Coffee in Smyrna.

The new facility is roughly three times larger than the original Suwanee location. A large portion of the space is dedicated to production, where the brewery will produce core beers distributed throughout Georgia while also brewing small-batch releases for the taproom.

Betos Tacos will serve as the brewery’s permanent food partner with a roughly 800–900 square foot kitchen located on the beer garden patio. The concept will serve lunch and dinner daily once construction is complete, with the Betos food truck operating onsite in the meantime.

Opening Timeline

StillFire Brewing held its soft opening March 8th–9th and is preparing for a grand opening celebration beginning March 13th.

The launch weekend coincides with St. Patrick’s Day festivities happening throughout downtown Smyrna.

Live music will run throughout opening day beginning at 1 p.m., with performances including the Brent Gafford Band, the Celtic Kudzu Irish band, and acoustic artist Luke Latimer. Local radio station 97.1 The River will also broadcast live from the brewery.

The first 50 guests each day during opening weekend will receive a commemorative StillFire grand opening pint glass.

Hours

The brewery will open at noon on Friday for the grand opening. Additional hours are to be announced.
