Steak Shop by Rancher’s Reserve Opening in West Palm Beach This January
Combining a butcher shop with a farm-to-table restaurant, Steak Shop will offer high-quality meats and hearty dishes in West Palm Beach.
Steak Shop by Rancher’s Reserve, a combination of butcher shop and casual restaurant, is set to open in the second week of January, owner Nick Scalisi shared with Business Debut. The concept will feature high-quality meats sourced directly from Rancher’s Reserve, Scalisi's farm in Okeechobee.
The butcher shop will offer a variety of cuts, some sourced from other local farms, while the restaurant side will exclusively serve proteins from Rancher’s Reserve. Guests can expect a menu of burgers, sandwiches, wings, and other hearty dishes that highlight the farm-to-table ethos.

Located at 500 Palm St, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, Steak Shop is the latest venture from Scalisi, who also owns Fern, a fine dining farm-to-table restaurant in West Palm Beach.
