GREENSBORO, NC — Southern Style Elegance, a grab-and-go eatery from owner Tonya Southerland, is targeting an opening within the next 30 days at 414 E Market St, Greensboro, NC 27401. Southerland told Business Debut the concept will focus on quick service, online ordering, and in-store pickup.

What to Expect

The shop is designed for speed and convenience with no dine-in seating. Offerings will center on coffees, pastries, and prepared foods, with a focus on non-meat items. “Everything is grab-and-go—no seating,” Southerland told Business Debut.

Retail shelves will carry bottled beverages, chips, and select pantry items. Southerland said she plans to stock entertaining essentials and ingredients used in the bakery’s cakes and pies, with the goal of developing a house coffee line.

Menu and Vision

Pastry highlights will include croissants, fresh fried donuts, vegetable quiches, sweet potato pies, casseroles, and a wide range of classic pastries. “We’ll specialize in pastries, coffee, and non-meat items,” Southerland told Business Debut. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options are planned.

Prepared sides and other ready-to-eat selections will be available for quick pickup. Customers will be able to order online and pick up in the store.
