Solo Caribbean to Bring Jamaican and Haitian Flavors to Carrollton
A taste of the Caribbean is coming to Carrollton, along with entertainment options such as hookah and karaoke.
Solo Caribbean, a new restaurant co-owned by Salomon Josue, is set to open at the end of next month at 1027 Maple Street Suite A, Carrollton, Georgia 30117. The restaurant will offer a blend of Jamaican and Haitian cuisine, Josue reported to Business Debut.
Solo Caribbean plans to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, operating from 7 am - 11 pm or midnight. In addition to its Caribbean menu, Solo Caribbean will offer hookah services and host karaoke events, Josue said.
The eatery will accommodate 40 seats inside and an additional 20 seats outside, allowing for a total seating capacity of 60 guests.
The Solo Caribbean brand started as a food truck, which has been operating for the past four months at a stationary location at 3795 Kings Hwy, Douglasville, GA 30135.
