Smash Bros Burgers Planning Two Miami Beach-Area Locations

NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FL – Smash Bros Burgers plans two new Miami Beach locations at 13545 Biscayne Blvd, Unit 22, North Miami Beach, FL 33181 and another at 1447 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139, co-founder Regis Jayce shared with Business Debut in a phone interview.

Jayce said the Washington Avenue restaurant is slated to open in November, while the Keystone Plaza site on Biscayne Boulevard is targeting December 2026 or January 2027.

What to Expect

Smash Bros Burgers is built on a love of burgers that are clean and health conscious.

Co-founder Regis Jayce is a lifelong athlete and burger lover. “I need to figure out a way to still be able to eat some burgers and not feel so guilty about it,” he told Business Debut.

The new locations will carry the same core concept centered on grass fed beef smashburgers and fries cooked in beef tallow. They do not use any seed oils.

He said the team focuses on a concise menu and consistent execution across locations.

Expect classic smashburgers with lettuce, tomato, diced onion, American cheese, ketchup & mustard or their "OG Smash" with sautéed onions, pickles, American cheese and a house sauce.

They also serve more specialty burgers like their Philly cheese smash, their truffle wagyu burger, and the Krispy bacon glaze burger.

The menu includes tallow fries and a newer item called smash fries, which are topped with Smash Bros’ house smash sauce, cheese and what Jayce described as “saucy onions.”

They also serve floats and shakes.

Ownership Background

Smash Bros Burgers is led by co-founders Regis Jayce, Tim Heravi and David Isaias.

Jayce described the pure tallow approach as a key differentiator and said it helped fuel early momentum for the brand.

“We do not cook in any seed oils,” he said. “We use beef tallow to make our fries and the beef tallow is 100% beef tallow.”

Opening Timeline

Jayce said the South Beach location at 1447 Washington Ave is targeting an opening in November, pending final permits and licensing.

The North Miami Beach location at 13545 Biscayne Blvd, Unit 22, in Keystone Plaza is targeting December 2026 or January 2027, according to Jayce.
