Slice and Spice Opening in Warner Robins
A new family-run business is bringing Indian-Italian fusion to Warner Robins.

A new Indian-Italian pizza experience is coming to Warner Robins. Slice and Spice, located at 4027 Watson Boulevard, STE 110, Warner Robins, GA, 31093, is set to open in late August or early September. Owner Kirti Bhullar shared with Business Debut that the establishment will marry New York-style pizza with the flavors of Indian cuisine.
Slice & Spice concept will offer an Indian-Italian fusion in a quick-service restaurant setting, where customers can order at the counter, dine in, or take their food to go. Slice and Spice’s pizzas will feature a New York-style crust, handmade and fermented for 48 hours. The toppings will include popular Indian staples, such as butter chicken, tandoori masala, red onion, green chutney and more. The menu further explores fusion flavors with items like tandoori-marinated chicken wings cooked in a clay tandoor oven and tossed with ghee, coriander, and lemon.

Bhullar aims to showcase the rich and varied flavors of Indian cuisine. “My goal is to have people not think of Indian food as just curry or spices. There's a lot more to Indian food than just heat,” she said. Bhullar noted that they will be including elements of Indian cuisine from across the country, like tropical flavors from the coastal southern regions to northern cuisine featuring creamy gravies and dishes like butter chicken.

The restaurant will operate daily, focusing on lunch and dinner. Specific hours will be available in the future. Efforts are underway to launch a website with online ordering and third-party delivery.
Bhullar co-owns the 7 Spices restaurant in the same plaza with her husband Ishtpreet Bhullar, who goes by Jay. The couple have three daughters, Nanki, Bani, and Raavi Bhullar, who Kirti cites as the inspiration behind Slice and Spice.

“I tried Indian pizza fusions in different states, which were such a big hit. And I was like, I need to bring this concept to Central Georgia because we don't have anything here.... [Our daughters] always want pizza and wings, and I wanted them to have Indian food. This is our way of combining both,” she said.
Bhullar is transitioning from a career as an ER nurse and ER trauma case manager to running Spice & Slice.
