MONROE COUNTY

Italian Food Company Express

The third location of the Florida Keys brand Italian Food Company is coming to Tavernier soon, according to owner Anthony Wright. There are two other locations nearby, one in Key Largo and the other in Islamorada. Wright reports that this will be their express unit, which will be more of a fast-casual concept than the others.

DADE COUNTY

Tanda

A new concept is coming to North Miami soon, according to a plan review filing with the DBPR. Tanda was executed by Tango Sur, LLC, a company owned by Olga Blavatnik. The details of this concept are slim. There is a Tango Sur Argentinian steak house is Chicago, IL, but we are not sure if these two concepts are related.

Sishkabob Mediterranean Cuisine

A new concept is coming soon to Miami, according to owner Mike Ajabshir. Sishkabob Mediterranean Cuisine doesn’t have a strict opening date announced as of yet. Ajabshir reported that he is working with the city to open as soon as possible.

Inca Grill Peruvian Bistro

A new Peruvian concept is coming to Miami soon, according to co-owner Mrs Tangherlini. The family owned Inca Grill is planning to open this June, according to Tangherlini.

BROWARD COUNTY

A Family

An Argentinian restaurant is planned for Cooper City, according to the brand’s website and their Yelp listing. When this location will open is unknown. A recent plan review filing shows that Luciana Vitale is the owner.

Skillets

A breakfast chain is moving into Delray Beach soon, according to the brand’s website. Skillets is a breakfast and lunch brand with several locations throughout Florida. According to filings, Joe Digangi is a co-owner. When this new location will open is unknown.

Cafe 56

A new cafe is coming to town soon, according to owner Zuriel Mashoulem. Cafe 56 is planned to open in the next three weeks to a month, Mashoulem reported.

Ari Firebowl

A new Korean BBQ spot is coming to Miramar soon, according to co-owner Sangho Jeon. Ari Firebowl will commence construction soon, and Jeon expects to open in three to four months. Jeon is also involved with Ari Bakery, which is already open next door.

PALM BEACH COUNTY

D’Best BBQ

A West Palm Beach food truck seems to be making plans for another location, according to a plan review filing with the DBPR. D’Best BBQ operates out of a mobile food unit as of now. But a recent filing indicates that we will soon seen them at: 1022 N Tamarind Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33401.

ST. LUCIE COUNTY

Pulcinella Pizzeria and Italian Market

Port St. Lucie will soon welcome a new pizzeria and Italian market to the area, according to owner Domenico Balzano. They will offer pizza and other Italian goods. Balzano estimates that they will open sometime in June.

Jersey Mike’s Subs

Franchisee Chris Brown is bringing another location of Jersey Mike’s Subs to The Villages in Sumter county. The popular sub shop will be opening in late July, according to Brown.

Bavaro’s Pizza Napoletana & Pastaria

A local brand is expanding into Clearwater soon, according to a plan review filing with the DBPR. The Bavaro’s brand has four locations, according to their website. When this new location will open is unknown.

Top Shelf Sports Lounge

Boondocks Canteen

A new watering hole is coming to Melbourne, according to a plan review filing with the DBPR. Bookdock’s Canteen is owned by Jeff Gourley, and an opening date is not available as of now.

The nationwide subs shop is coming to Winter Springs soon, according to a plan review filing with the DBPR. The franchisee of this location is Sean Gillespie, and when it will open is not known.

Masti

An Indian street food concept is coming to Orlando soon, according to a plan review filing with the DBPR. Masti is part of a chain based out of Atlanta, Georgia, and this location is owned by Jay Patel. When they plan to open is unknown.
