Singas Pizza Opening 3-5 Locations in Central Florida
A new pizza franchise is preparing to grow its presence in Florida.
A new pizzeria franchise is expanding in Central Florida, co-franchisee Hetal Pancholi told FFBW. Singas Pizza was found in New York in 1967, and since then, they have grown to numerous locations through the States.
Pancholi and his partners are originally from the New York and New Jersey area and jumped on an opportunity to franchise with Singas after being enthusiasts of the brand for years.

According to Pancholi, 3-5 locations are planned for the Orlando, Tampa and Daytona Beach areas. The first of the bunch to open will be in Ormond Beach, at: 3076 W Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174. Pancholi estimates opening in two to three weeks.
The next will be in Orlando at: 1790 W Sand Lake Rd b138, Orlando, FL 32809. Getting through final permitting and licensing, this location will open by the end of March.
As for Tampa, Pancholi hopes to have a site selected and developed by Q1 of 2025.
