Signature Bakehouse Going Brick and Mortar in Ocoee

From a cottage bakery to their first brick and mortar, Signature Bakehouse is preparing to debut in the West Oaks Mall in Ocoee later this month. Owner Will Lenhart shared his vision for the concept with FFBW.

Signature Bakehouse was born from Lenhart's love for pies; from sweet to savory, Signature Bakehouse has been providing their pies to Central Florida for just over a year. Since then, he and his son have been popping up at farmer's markets and catering events.

Now, they are preparing to open at: 9401 W Colonial Dr, Ocoee, FL 34761. Lenhart reported that only a regulatory approval is between him and opening the shop. They will offer fresh, ready to enjoy pies and take-and-bake pies as well. As Lenhart put it: "come for lunch and take away dinner."

Expect various breakfast pies, meat pies, dessert and cream pies, and much more. Specific items will include roasted chicken, beef and onion, vegetable curry and others.
