Shakeburger Opening Mid June in Lewisville
Owner Alex Kazakos shared that he has invested around $1,00,000 into the property on Styers Ferry Road.
LEWISVILLE, NC — Shakeburger is targeting a mid June opening at 5076 Styers Ferry Rd, Lewisville, NC 27023. Owner Alex Kazakos told Business Debut the concept is a new build designed as a modern, family-friendly restaurant with both indoor and patio seating.
Kazakos is also the owner of Breakfastime, the popular breakfast all day concept in North Carolina. They are also planning a location in Kernersville.
Kazakos told Business Debut construction is largely complete, with final elements like furniture and signage still in progress ahead of opening. “I put around a $1,000,000 into the property,” he told Business Debut.
What to Expect
Shakeburger will operate as a counter-service restaurant with seating for about 50 guests inside and approximately 60 on a covered patio. Kazakos told Business Debut the space is designed to accommodate both dine-in and takeout customers.
“The atmosphere is a modern, family-friendly environment,” Kazakos told Business Debut.
Menu and Vision
The menu will focus on classic American comfort foods made with quality ingredients. Kazakos told Business Debut offerings will include burgers made with 100% Angus ground chuck, along with hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, barbecue, and fish sandwiches.
“We’re doing burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches… barbecue, fish sandwiches, and we’re also doing a lot of milkshakes, flurries, dipped ice cream cones,” Kazakos told Business Debut.
The concept will also emphasize affordability. Kazakos told Business Debut the goal is to deliver these menu items “at a very, very reasonable price.”
Opening Timeline
The team is targeting a mid June opening, with hiring expected to begin soon, Kazakos told Business Debut.
Hours
Shakeburger plans to operate seven days a week for lunch service, Kazakos told Business Debut.
