Scholar’s Restaurant and Bar Bringing American-Mexican Fusion to Orlando

Scholar’s Restaurant and Bar is set to bring a blend of American and Mexican cuisine to downtown Orlando this summer. The new full-service concept comes from restaurateur Lawrence Clay, who shared with Business Debut that the restaurant is slated to open August 22nd.

The location will be at 50 E Central Blvd, Orlando, FL 32801, where it will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, with hours running from 9 am – 2 am.

Scholar’s will feature a menu of classic American favorites like burgers, wings, and tenders, alongside popular Mexican staples such as tacos, burritos, and quesadillas.

This is Clay’s second upcoming restaurant in Florida. His other, Bricks Restaurant and Patio Bar in Micanopy, is expected to open Friday, May 23.
