Two new Vietnamese restaurants are preparing to open in the Triangle, led by head chef Danny Tran. Saigon Kitchen will open in downtown Raleigh this November at 321 S Blount St, Raleigh, NC 27601, in the space formerly occupied by Mofu Dumpling Shoppe. Business Debut first saw the news from Raleigh Downtown on Instagram.

The Raleigh Restaurant

Tran shared that the new restaurant will offer full-service dining with a full bar. The menu will focus on traditional Vietnamese dishes such as pho, spring rolls, and other authentic staples. The dining room will seat approximately 78 guests, with plans to open as early as the first weekend in November.

The Morrisville Restaurant

At the same time, Tran and his team are developing a second location in Morrisville. This unit, called Pho Kitchen, will be located at 1024 Market Center Drive, Morrisville, NC 27560 and will offer a similar menu, bar, and full-service setup. They are also targeting a November opening.
