Ruby’s Sourdough Pizza Opening a Breakfast, Coffee and Ice Cream Kiosk
Ruby's Coffee and Cream will soon debut in The Five development in Smyrna, GA.

The recently established and highly reviewed (by me and nearly 200 others on Google) Ruby’s Sourdough Pizza in Smyrna, GA is branching out. Owner Chris Rimby shared with Business Debut that they are opening Ruby’s Coffee and Cream in The Five development soon.
For those who have been, you’ll know that there’s an outdoor courtyard oriented toward a small building with a large TV, which frequently plays Atlanta United games and movies. That same building also features a walk-up window. Guests will soon be able to order specialty coffee, sourdough breakfast sandwiches, and soft serve ice cream.

The plan, Rimby said, is to approach their coffee and cream offshoot the same way they approach their pizza business: keep things simple and execute well.
The plan is to open at 7 am and close in the evenings on Ruby’s Sourdough Pizza's schedule. In the mornings, sourdough English muffin sandwiches will be available — think egg and cheese, sausage egg and cheese, and more. Other fresh-baked goods will be for sale as well. They will serve coffee from Rev Coffee and Firelight Coffee, both local Atlanta roasters, and soft serve ice cream.
Rimby hopes to open Ruby’s Coffee and Cream in about a month, he said.
Find it at 1625 Roswell St SE Suite 300, Smyrna, GA 30080.
As for the other space across from Ruby’s? Rimby shared that they are working on a few ideas but aren’t ready to share details just yet.
